Losing a pet can be devastating. I am here to provide the help and understanding you need to navigate through this painful experience.

About Me

I always loved animals and have worked as a volunteer with various animal rescue organisations throughout my life. For several years, I sat on the council of the National Anti-Vivisection Society, and also served as a trustee of my local RSPCA.

I have recently completed a diploma in Pet Bereavement Counselling, something I have been wanting to do for a long time.

However, I think the most important "qualification" has come from the many companion animals I have adopted over my life. My partner and I have often had a house full of mostly older dogs, so the heartbreak of losing a much-loved friend is something I know all too well.

It can be hard for others to understand the many forms this grief can take. No one can bring your pet back, but you don't need to carry the burden of loss alone.

There is no fee, though calls must be from your own phone. If anyone wishes to make a voluntary donation, the dog rescue I support is Pawprints Dog Rescue, near Rugby. They do wonderful work, and it is run fully by unpaid dedicated volunteers.
